Friends of Music Concerts is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization now celebrating its 55th year of bringing the finest chamber music to Westchester County audiences. In an annual six-concert season we showcase both world-renowned ensembles and distinguished younger artists who demonstrate the diversity and fine quality of chamber music today. Through our Partnership in Education program of outreach to the county's public schools and student subscription and ticket prices, we give young people in our community enhanced exposure to and appreciation of classical music, building audiences of the future. The Westchester Arts Council honored these accomplishments with its 2004 Arts Organization Award.
