ARTSwego is the presenting entity at SUNY Oswego. We typically present 4-5 performances a year in the campus' Waterman Theatre, a 500 seat venue. We also host a chamber music series of 5-6 concerts, an informal venue that seats approximately 200 people. ARTSwego also serves as the facilitator for a wide variety of arts programs that include visiting artists and writers, films and selected exhibitions. In recent years we have been developing a program designed to garner integration of the arts into the curriculum by designing programs around a theme such as "The Arts, History and Memory". In 2009-10 out theme will be "The Arts, Identity and Diaspora". A new venture is the development of an Indie series in 2009-10.
