The Kirkland Art Center is one of the oldest multi-arts centers in NYS. Presenting efforts include approximately 18 Coffeehouse events (a variety of folk, bluegrass, celtic, blues and other cultural music types), KAC for Kids & Families and Added Attractions,an eclectic series of cutting edge artistic performances and jazz cabaret series. The performance space is an intimate 130 movable seat theater with superb acoustics and 12 adjustable lighting fixtures controlled by a remote board. Clinton (our community) now boasts a state-of-the-art 900 seat theater which is available for those performances that demand a higher capacity and is a mere 2 blocks away.
